1. Conduct environmental scanning and analysis in order to identify the factors that affect Syriatel business, in coordination with concerned parties.
2. Prepare industrial trend analysis report comparing several operators in terms of age, locations, partnerships, main strategies, etc.
3. Identify the external factors that may have influence on Syriatel, based on market and overall environment.
4. Construct SWOT Matrix based on the results of the environmental scanning analysis.
5. Prepare the initial SWOT analysis report highlighting the dominating trends.
6. Coordinate and follow up with all Corporate’s Departments/Units to formulate their own objectives and ensure they are built up in a SMART way.
7. Ensure the cascading of KPIs “Key Performance Indicators” and objectives on all levels.
8. Follow up the progress of Corporate’s KPIs, Departments’ objectives, initiatives and operational KPIs.
9. Update corporate sub-themes and corporate strategies.
10. Participate in awareness presentations aiming at communicating corporate objectives to concerned Department Management.
11. Assess the received ideas and suggestions from all employees, obtain concerned recommendation regarding the valid ones, and maintain proper records accordingly.
12. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
13. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
14. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
