Responsibilities
The recruitment is a Time-Based Contract and during the above-mentioned period of the contract the responsibilities of this position will be as follows:
• Actively participate in liaising with stakeholders involved in the collecting and transferring works of the project.
• Supervise all types of works related to collecting, transferring, raising awareness, and workers' selection etc….
• Archive all documents related to the works provided by the contractor including time table plan, weekly achieved quantities and deliver them to the UNDP office.
• Ensure the method statement is being applied properly as per approved documents provided by the contractor.
• Quality control of all works implemented in the project site.
• Report to the Technical Officer any deviation from the timeline that is provided by the contractor.
• Provide all data required by the Area Manager/ Technical Officer needed to complete the periodic progress reports.
• Gather all kinds of data required to present a thorough portfolio of the implemented works.
• Take photos showing the implementation progress of the solid waste management process.
• Perform any other tasks within the scope of work.
• Documenting success stories and lessons learnt during project period.
• Support in achievement project impact assessment

Qualifications
a. Education
• University in Civil or Environment engineering or other equivalent.
b. Experience
• Three years of operational experience;
• Previous experience in working with institutions of the civil society;
• And local public organizations, and with UN system is and asset;
• Computer literacy is a prerequisite;
• Microsoft office apps (word, excel and outlook) skills.
c. Language Requirement
• Arabic and English mandatory.
• University in Civil or Environment engineering or other equivalent.
