Responsibilities
• Oversee Medical Mobile Units and Medical Mobile Team related activities including supervision of staff, day to day directions, conflict resolution, reporting and monitoring.
• Review referrals made from PHC clinics to specialized secondary and tertiary care hospitals.
• Participate in recruitment and hiring program staff, conduct performance evaluation on annual basis MMU staff.
• Organize and conduct regular monitoring visits to the related field sites as directed by the Program Manager Health.
• Help analyzing program expenditure on monthly basis and participate in monthly pipeline meeting.
• Follows up with procurement process of medical items, delivery, consumption etc. in coordination with logistics department.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the PM Health.

Qualifications
• Minimum medical degree
• Master’s in Administration/Public Health/Family Medicine would be an advantage.
• Minimum of one - three years of experience required as a working administrator including sound knowledge to work with MS Office programs (Excel, Word).
• Must be able to supervise the clinic staff, different clinic records and generate weekly/monthly records on computer.
• Must have excellent communications skills in English & Arabic.
• Must have excellent self-motivation skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions independently.
• Extremely flexible, and have the ability to cope with stressful situations and frustrations.
• Ability to relate to and motivate local staff effectively
• Excellent decision making skills.
• Must be able to take on medical/non medical responsibilities from time to time to cover for
other team members.
