1- Collects information mainly from records and reports also to prepare periodic reports on programme and project activities Maintains, projects files, and updates records in prescribed format, Office management, minutes of meetings and other key activity areas of the section.
2- Organizes data and information, prepares and maintains records, documents and control plans for the monitoring of project implementation.
3- Contributes to the preparation of reports, project documents and submissions to governments by providing information, preparing tables and drafting relatively routine sections.
4- Prepares background information for use in discussions with governments and other organizations. Participates in the briefing and debriefing of project personnel.
5- Review plans of operations, exchanges of letters and takes appropriate follow-up action. Assists in the administrative process of government requests for assistance.
6- Carry out specific administrative operational/control tasks for project/programme activities.
7- Carry out site visit to project site, based on Oxfam’s Security/Safety procedure when needed.
8- Participating in preparation of financial reports under supervision of project manager.
9- Supporting in writing project achievement reports.
10-Translation task might be required (Arabic to English and Vice versa).
11-Performs other duties, as required.

1- Completion of secondary education or courses related to the work of the organization.
2- Two years of progressively responsible clerical or administrative work, of which at least one year is closely related to support of programme activities.
3- Ability to speak, write and understand Arabic and English fluently.
4- Ability to plan workloads and demonstrate accountability for outputs, according to the requirements.
