Responsibilities
• Assist With Day-to-Day Operations of The HR & Liaison Functions and Duties
• Provide Clerical and Administrative Support to Human Resources & Liaison Coordinator
• Compile And Update Employee Records (Hard and Soft Copies)
• Process Documentation and Prepare Reports Relating to Personnel Activities (Staffing, Recruitment, Training, Performance Evaluations Etc.)
• Deal With Employee Requests Regarding Human Resources Issues
• Assist In Payroll Preparation by Providing Relevant Data (Absences, Overtime, Leaves, Etc.)
• Communicate With Insurance Company When Necessary
• Coordinate Communication with Candidates and Schedule Interviews
• Shortlisting CVs For All Recruitment Process
• Tracking Employees Contracts for Renewal Process
• Follow Up with Social Security Department Regarding Registration New Employee and Deregistration Resigning Employee
• Tracking The Monthly Process for Social Security Claim
• Prepare All Necessary Documents and Forms Related to Salary Taxes. Provide These Documents to The Finance Directorate in A Timely and Organized Manner.
• Follow Up the Employees Attendance "Over Time, Leaves, Compensated Days"
• Creating, Tracking, Gathering the Timesheet and Salary slip For All Employees
• Contribute In All HR Studies And Strategies "Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Enhance Tools, Etc.)
Qualifications
Qualifications and Knowledge
• Currently studying or recently graduated specifically in Human Resources, Business Administration.
• Good level in English and Arabic is required
Professional experience
• At least 1 year in the HR sector with 1 year in similar positions in a comparable context
• Good knowledge of file management systems.
• Good knowledge of social security and income taxes
Skills and Abilities
• Planning, organization, and teamwork skills
• Proactive and dynamic attitude
• Good communication skills to deal with co-workers and employees.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Salary and Benefits
Salary will be established according to GVC salary scale.
