• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Social Work, Psychology, Humanitarian Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in counselling, case management, or community support, preferably with an NGO.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
• Knowledge of returnee challenges, reintegration needs, and referral systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and digital documentation tools.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Arabic and working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
