Responsibilities
The Reintegration Programme Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination, planning, and supervision of day-to-day operations across reintegration projects under the NRP. The role involves managing project teams, strengthening internal systems, ensuring quality implementation, coordinating with partners and stakeholders, and promoting knowledge-sharing and capacity development. The coordinator ensures that activities align with project goals, donor requirements, and organizational standards.
🔹 Project Leadership Coordination
- Develop, implement, and monitor reintegration programmes in line with organizational objectives.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for programme improvement.
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements, reporting deadlines, and budgetary guidelines.
- Lead the day-to-day coordination and implementation of multiple reintegration projects in line with approved plans and budgets.
- Ensure timely delivery of program outputs and outcomes across project sites.
- Supervise field teams and provide technical and administrative guidance.
🔹 Planning & Oversight
• Lead the design and development of project implementation plans, schedules, and workflows.
• Oversee the creation and updating of internal tracking tools, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
• Review and approve reintegration plans submitted by counsellors before submission to the donor system (e.g., RIAT).
🔹 Team Management- Capacity Building
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate reintegration staff performance.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives for program staff.
- Identify staff capacity gaps and propose relevant development measures.
🔹 Stakeholder Coordination
- Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders, including donors, implementing partners, local authorities, and community representatives.
- Coordinate with local authorities, NGOs, community groups, implementing partners, and other stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
- Represent the organization in external meetings, clusters, and forums related to reintegration and return support.
- Liaise with partner organizations to ensure harmonized service delivery and refer returnees to appropriate support systems.
🔹 Monitoring, Evaluation - Reporting
- Collaborate with the M&E team to ensure timely data collection, case follow-up, and impact analysis.
- Ensure that all programmatic documentation is complete, consistent, and compliant with internal and donor standards.
- Contribute to internal and donor reporting, success stories, and lessons learned.
🔹 Risk - Compliance Management
- Identify implementation challenges and propose solutions to mitigate risks or delays.
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements, internal policies, and safeguarding standards.
🔹 Knowledge Management
- Document best practices, challenges, and innovations from reintegration projects.
- Support the development of tools, SOPs, and case management guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor degree in International Development, Social Work, Project Management, or a related field (Mastergree is an asset).
- Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience in program im preferably with an NGO or international agency.
- Skills:
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven experience in managing teams, projects, and stakeholder engagement.
Knowledge of reintegration challenges, migration, and humanitarian principles.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital case management systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Language: Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
