Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day activities across multiple projects to ensure timely execution.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management.
Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Organize project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Support internal and external communication related to projects.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of all project-related materials.
Identify risks or delays and recommend mitigation strategies.
Liaise with different departments and partners to ensure project alignment and consistency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
Specific Vacancy Requirements
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
