Responsibilities
1.Develop and implement an annual B2B marketing plan aligned with the company’s strategic goals, target industries, and revenue objectives.
2.Lead strategic planning initiatives to position the company competitively in the B2B market and ensure marketing alignment with sales targets and business growth.
3.Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, client needs, market gaps, and partnership opportunities.
4.Analyze market data to inform marketing strategy, improve service positioning, and support decision-making for new service development.
5.Collaborate closely with the sales department to align marketing campaigns with lead generation goals, pipeline priorities, and client engagement strategies.
6.Support the sales team with customized marketing collateral, case studies, presentations, proposals, and targeted campaigns for key accounts.
7.Plan and manage multi-channel B2B advertising and promotional campaigns, focusing on digital platforms such as LinkedIn, email marketing, and industry-specific media.
8.Develop high-quality, value-driven content tailored to business clients.
9.Design and implement a results-oriented social media strategy targeting decision-makers, procurement teams, and corporate stakeholders.
10.Manage daily publishing schedules across professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), and monitor campaign performance and audience engagement.
11.Maintain active communication with followers and prospects on professional channels, responding promptly to inquiries and fostering long-term relationships.
12.Apply B2B SEO strategies and keyword optimization to improve online visibility and attract relevant business traffic to the company website.
13.Support B2B events, conferences, client workshops, and webinars through tailored campaigns, invitations, and follow-up marketing initiatives.
14.Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), marketing ROI, and campaign effectiveness, using analytics to drive continuous improvement.
15.Stay informed of B2B marketing trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge and propose innovative strategies.
Qualifications
Required
1.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2.A Master’s degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Strategic Marketing, or similar (preferred but not required).
3.2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing or a similar role, preferably in a service-based.
4.Graphic design basics using Canva or Adobe tools (preferred)
5.Strong communication and collaboration abilities
6.Excellent content creation and copywriting skills (especially for professional and technical audiences)
7.Strategic thinking and market analysis
