Responsibilities
- Promote a positive workplace culture that aligns with the company’s values and mission while maintaining employee loyalty.
- Overseeing the health, safety, and welfare of all employees.
- Preparing and maintaining job descriptions, organizational charts, company profiles, internal forms, templates, evaluation sheets, and archiving personnel documents to ensure efficient HR operations.
- Developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with laws.
- Managing the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Monitoring attendance and daily operations of the HR department, as well as payroll and benefits management, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the grading system.
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems while guiding managers on effective performance management processes and best practices.
- Identify training needs from performance evaluations to promote continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
- Organizing and overseeing social activities.
- Prepare regular reports on HR activities for management.


Specific Vacancy Requirements
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, communication, teamwork, and negotiation skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Adaptability to changing organizational needs.
- The ability to create and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues.
- A willingness to keep up to date with developments in HCM.


Salary and Benefits
The salary will be defined according to the EastMed salary scale.
