Qualifications
A. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
B. Proven experience in social media management and account management with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing social media strategy and execution, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
C. Demonstrated expertise in conducting social media audits, developing comprehensive social media strategies, and implementing campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversion.
D. Proficiency in leveraging social media analytics tools (e.g. Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics) to track performance, analyze data, and derive actionable insights for optimization.
E. Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their unique features, and best practices for content creation, distribution, and community management.
F. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to recruit, train, motivate, and mentor a high-performing social media team.
G. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.
H. Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively, anticipate trends, and adapt strategies to meet evolving business goals and market dynamics.
I. Proven track record of delivering measurable results and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) in social media marketing initiatives.
J. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
K. Client-facing experience, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their needs, and communicate campaign performance effectively.
L. Knowledge of digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, with a continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest developments.
