Qualifications
Education:
• University degree in Human Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or a related medical specialty
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the health sector, with at least 3 years in emergency medicine or managing medical teams
• In-depth understanding of health policies and ambulance services in humanitarian contexts
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a high capacity for coordination and communication.
• Proficiency in Arabic and a very good command of English

Knowledge and Skills
• Excellent leadership and management skills: Ability to plan, organize, manage resources, and follow up
• Ability to make quick and effective decisions under pressure and in challenging circumstances.
• A strong leadership personality capable of motivating the team and fostering teamwork
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex situations
• Proficiency in computer usage and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Commitment to humanitarian principles and the code of conduct.

Specific Vacancy Requirements
To provide technical and administrative oversight for the Emergency Medical Services Unit at the national level. This includes ensuring the effective planning and implementation of all related activities and programs, and delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality emergency medical services that comply with approved humanitarian and medical standard
