Responsibilities
Throughout this internship, the intern will apply theoretical concepts and gain practical experience in management, accounting, and human resources tasks by participating in real projects and supporting specialized teams, which will excellently prepare them for the job market.

Qualifications
• Be enrolled in one of the following university courses - Finance, Accounting, Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration.

• Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (invoicing, bookkeeping, budgeting, audit…)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with accounting software is a plus
- General knowledge of humanitarian or NGO operations
- Familiarity with Syrian administrative procedures is an asset

• Languages:
-  Good written and spoken English (minimum B2 level)

• Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-  Good organizational and time management skills
- Eagerness to learn and show initiative
- Discretion and reliability when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.

• Context-Specific Requirements (preferred but not mandatory):
-  Motivation to contribute to humanitarian and development work.
-  Willingness to work in logistically complex or high-pressure environments.

Specific Vacancy Requirements
Internship contract 3 months, renewable.
