The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving business growth in the logistics and freight forwarding sector by developing sales strategies, expanding the client base, and executing marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility. This role demands a strong mix of relationship management, strategic thinking, and digital marketing expertise, working closely with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Functions
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust strategies accordingly.
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline metrics using CRM tools.
Marketing Functions
Develop and implement B2B marketing campaigns tailored to the logistics and freight forwarding sector.
Manage digital channels, including company website, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
Create and coordinate promotional materials (brochures, banners, branded merchandise).
Track and analyze campaign performance, reporting on engagement, traffic, and conversion metrics.
Organize and manage company participation in industry events to enhance visibility.
Specific Vacancy Requirements
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of logistics and freight forwarding operations, documentation, and industry compliance.
