Responsibilities
Scope of Work:
Provide technical support across all departments, ensuring smooth IT operations and safeguarding company data and digital assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, and networking devices.
Manage user accounts, email systems, and internal servers.
Install, upgrade, and configure software and hardware systems.
Maintain security protocols, including firewall updates, antivirus scans, and data backups.
Troubleshoot system outages and perform root cause analysis.
Support ERP/CRM systems, handle software issues, and coordinate with vendors for escalations.
Ensure IT asset inventory is up-to-date and compliant with internal controls.
Qualifications
Education: Diploma degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited university.
Experience: Minimum two years of relevant IT support experience, preferably in a corporate or logistics environment.
Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of desktop and laptop troubleshooting, printer setup, and basic networking.
Experience in managing Windows Server environments, email systems, and ERP/CRM platforms.
Familiarity with network configurations, firewalls, antivirus systems, and data backup solutions.
Skilled in installing, upgrading, and configuring software/hardware systems.
Knowledge:
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection best practices.
Knowledge of IT asset management and compliance with internal IT policies.
