Responsibilities
Scope of Work:
Act as the bridge between clients and internal departments, ensuring excellent customer service, real-time updates, and resolution of issues throughout the shipping cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for all client shipping inquiries.
Coordinate shipment movements with logistics, warehouse, and documentation teams.
Track land, air, and sea shipments and proactively update customers on status.
Escalate service failures and work with relevant teams to provide timely resolutions.
Maintain CRM records and client interaction logs.
