Responsibilities
Provide technical and administrative support for CP and GBV Case managers that are working at IMC community centers and women and girls safe spaces.

- Supervise GBV and CP Case Mangers within the field to insure case management program and services are aligning with IMC standards and procedures.
- Responsible for planning, preparation and arrangement for on the-job training and coaching session for GBV and CP Case Mangers with close coordination with Protection coordinator.
- Responsible for planning, preparation, arrangement and implementing of GBV and CP case management training.
- Responsible for conducting training on basics of PSS, PFA, protection and case management as per IMC training material, for IMC staff with close coordination with protection coordinator.
- Responsible for collecting, checking, reviewing and submitting monthly, quarterly reports of Case Management program to protection coordinator
- Conduct needed orientation related to case management program to the new IMC CM staff
- Conduct regular monitoring field visits
- Provide needed technical support and feedback to IMC Case management staff with close coordination with protection coordinator.
- Responsible for documenting and reporting about any Case Management training, on-the job training and coaching sessions.
- Conduct mapping of services in catchment area of operations to ensure efficient referrals and update the Map on a quarterly basis minimum.
- Attending the GBV/ CP technical working group meetings when needed.
- Responsible for develop/ update the SOPs of GBV and CP referral pathway and case management program guidance and procedure.
- Any other related assignments as per the Direct Supervisor request.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work / psychological counseling /sociology/ Social Science or related field of study.
- At least 4-year experience specifically in counseling/ implementing child protection and GBV programs / preferable in Case management /as a case management supervisor.
- Excellent English (writing and spoken).
- Very Good Computer Skills (MS Word, Excel, web browsers).
- Previous experience in working with psychosocial and/or other social programs with international or locals NGOs.
