Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Talent Communication & Support
• Handle daily conversations with talents via calls, chats, and emails
• Resolve inbound requests, complaints, and disputes professionally
• Conduct outbound follow-ups, check-ins, and well-being outreach
• Escalate issues internally and ensure proper closure
Onboarding & Offboarding
• Manage end-to-end onboarding: document collection, system access, and briefings
• Oversee resignations, terminations, and contract completions
• Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback
• Activate time-tracking tools and promote consistent usage
Compliance & Reporting
• Validate attendance and task tracking submissions
• Prepare monthly attendance reports for clients
• Monitor compliance and coordinate with Finance on warnings or deductions
Qualifications
Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years in Customer Support, HR Operations, or related fields
• Experience with CRM systems or ticketing platforms
• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Highly organized and discreet with sensitive information
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
