Responsibilities
•Receive and acknowledge new client requests, prepare new trip files ensuring all necessary information is captured.
•Liaison with CAAs, agents, handlers, FBOs, and third-party vendors to manage service requests with precision and attention to detail.
•Ensure that agents and vendors selected are aligned with company standards and policies.
•Provide regular updates to clients on the status of services, approvals, and confirmations.
•Deliver excellent customer service, maintaining clear communication at all stages.
•Ensure accurate handovers and debriefings with colleagues to maintain continuity of service.
•Manage multiple priorities effectively in time-sensitive environments, maintaining productivity under pressure.
