Responsibilities
• Design and develop engaging e-learning content and courses.
• Implement and manage LMS platforms (e.g., LearnWorlds, Moodle, TalentLMS, etc.).
• Customize platforms to support both Arabic and English.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives and learner journeys.
• Ensure best practices in UX, accessibility, and mobile compatibility.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in e-learning projects (please provide portfolio/examples).
• Strong knowledge of LMS platforms and online learning tools.
• Experience with course authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, or similar).
• Ability to plan and execute full e-learning projects (from design to deployment).
• Arabic fluency (spoken & written) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with automation, AI tools, or gamification in e-learning.
• Previous work with academies or training institutes in the MENA region.
• Proven experience in e-learning projects (please provide portfolio/examples).
