Responsibilities
The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with MUZUN’s overall mission and strategy. The role entails managing employee relations, recruitment, performance, payroll, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and ethical standards, including the prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse.

Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy and Management:

Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall MUZUN strategy.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other concerns.

Design and implement organizational policies that foster a healthy and productive work environment.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

Support and improve the entire recruitment process.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and offer recruitment guidance.

Identify, attract, and engage potential candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

Assess training needs of staff and oversee implementation of appropriate training programs.

Organize staff development and learning initiatives.

Performance Management:

Administer a performance appraisal system that encourages and sustains high levels of employee performance.

Payroll and Reporting:

Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing for all staff, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

Record Keeping and Documentation:

Ensure accurate, confidential, and compliant maintenance of employee records.

Maintain and improve an organized HR filing system to ensure quick and secure data access.

Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA):

Act as the organizational focal point for addressing Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment (SEAH).

Ensure implementation and reinforcement of SEAH prevention policies and practices


Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, HRCI) is an added advantage.

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.

Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and payroll.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Strong leadership and people management abilities.

Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment.

Knowledge and experience in preventing and addressing SEAH is highly desirable
