Qualifications
Qualification and experience
• Bachelor or degree in Education, social work, social studies or related field
• At least 3 years of experience with NGO (or equivalent), including at least 2 years in Education in Emergencies and/or protection
• 2 years of technical expertise in life skills and recreational activities desired
• Proven track record in delivering quality programmes to deadlines, including tools and curriculum development
• Knowledge of international humanitarian systems, institutions and donors, and related procedures, in particular with UNICEF and UNHCR
• Knowledge of humanitarian standards such as Education in emergencies, safeguarding, CHS among others
• Good computer skills: Word, Excel and other data entry programmes
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Founded in 1991, Secours Islamique France (SIF) is a nongovernmental organization devoted to international solidarity, social and humanitarian causes in the fields of humanitarian assistance and development aid, both in France and in the world.
