Responsibilities
1- Planning
-Consolidate project reporting deadlines and share timelines with Technical Coordinators, Project Managers, and Team Leaders.
-Actively contribute to weekly planning meetings.
2- Implementation
-Report any managerial or technical issues during implementation to the PM.
-Lead the implementation of baseline, midterm, post-monitoring, and end-line surveys, and all required data collection for activity implementation and results reporting.
-Ensure complete and timely data collection for all project activities.
-Ensure MEAL data is received and used to update project reports in an organized and timely manner.
3-Reporting
-Lead the preparation of all external project reports in coordination with PM and MEAL Co.
-Maintain the project reporting table and advise PM .on upcoming reporting requirements.
-Consolidate draft reports using data from MEAL, weekly updates, and technical inputs from PM and sectoral coordinators.
-Ensure all reports are submitted to the Head of Mission (HoM) and program coordinators for final delivery to donors or HQ.
-Organize grant closing meetings for each closed grant and document action points in the departmental planning file.
4- External Coordination
-Attend sub-national meetings and sectoral working groups when delegated by the HoM and sectoral coordinators.
-Support the organization of internal and donor visits to project sites in coordination with PM.
-Assist in securing approvals for agreements with local authorities.
-Provide strategic inputs to the HoM and sectoral coordinators for country strategy development.
Qualifications
1-Education
-University degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, Project Management, or any related field.
-Additional certifications in MEAL, data analysis, or humanitarian reporting are an asset.
2-Experience
-Minimum 2 years of experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) and/or project reporting within humanitarian or development organizations.
-Proven experience in drafting donor reports, managing reporting schedules, and consolidating multi-source data.
-Experience in conducting field assessments, surveys, and data collection
3-Technical Skills
-Strong knowledge of MEAL tools, methodologies, and frameworks
-Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools such as Excel.
-Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Proficiency on Kobo
-Knowledge on QGIS, preferred
4-Language Skills
-Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory.
-Strong writing and editing skills in English, especially for donor reporting.

-Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

This is a full-time position under a 3-month renewable contract.
