1.Supervises the team that maintains guest relationships with our Brigham Collection guests by providing assistance and training in corresponding with guests in advance of stay, asking if they would like assistance in obtaining additions to their itineraries, being able to discuss the adventures, community information, activities, events, so that a guest would choose to take additional services that would add revenue opportunities that do not currently exist.
2.Acts as a “first contact” by responding to guest complaints, conducts research to develop the most effective solutions and negotiates results prior to escalating to Manager.
3.Assists Manager and Activities Coordinator with various administrative duties including but not limited to.
4.Distributes printed materials such as brochures of local attractions.
5.Ensure constant enough supply and availability of printed materials such as brochures of local attractions, sister hotels, restaurants, city maps, which may be handed over to guests.
6.Manage the process and assist agents and guests with concierge services such as booking of shows, tours, restaurant reservations.
7.Greets customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome in person and by phone.
8.Trains, supervises and disciplines concierge staff while ensuring agents are at their stations, logged onto their computers and phones and ready to assist guests.
9.Coordinate effective use of personnel, supplies, equipment and facilities.
10.Ensure assistance with the Guest Services that all luggage, messages, parcels, are handled, delivered, retrieved or stored efficiently.

- Word, Excel, Outlook preferred.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
