1.Supervise and support telephone operators during shifts.
2.Ensure all incoming and outgoing calls are handled promptly and courteously.
3.Train operators on call procedures, hotel services, and guest etiquette.
4.Monitor call quality and service standards.
5.Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, and other departments.
6.Handle guest complaints related to phone services.
7.Prepare duty schedules and manage staff attendance.
8.Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of guest information.
9.Maintain proper use of telephone systems and equipment.

1.degree in hotel management or relevant field will be a plus.
