•Greet customers promptly and professionally as they enter the showroom.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Chery vehicles.
• Present vehicle features, conduct test drives, and explain product specifications confidently.
• Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and financing options to close sales.
• Complete all sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Chery vehicle models, features, and competitive advantages.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the dealership.
• Keep the showroom and display vehicles clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (Graduate required).
• 2–3 years of experience in automotive sales (Chery or other brands preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Well-presented, professional appearance, and confident personality (representing the Chery brand image).
• Ability to build rapport and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• 2–3 years of experience in automotive sales (Chery or other brands preferred).
