Responsibilities
- Designs or adjusts data-collection tools and collects data using these tools and devices.
- Performs mid-level qualitative and quantitative data analysis and describes results and produces data visualisations.
- Contributes to identifying response options based on an analysis of Economic Security (EcoSec) core components (food consumption/production, living conditions, income support and capacity-building).
- Contributes to developing methods, plans, implementation, logistics and reporting for aid distribution.
- Maintains a network of interlocutors in the area of responsibility (SARC, community leaders, local authorities, NGOs, etc.).
- Conducts response analysis for EcoSec interventions using a SWOT approach, assessing risks and feasibility, and ensures implementation aligns with objectives, time-frame, and budget.
- Conducts regular monitoring of the EcoSec interventions in the area of responsibility and writes monitoring reports to ensure that the Deputy EcoSec Coordinator is regularly and timely informed on the project’s progress.
- Writes assessment/monitoring reports and project proposals based on EcoSec standard including other specific reports when required and keeps the program file updated in soft and hard copies at all times.
- Liaises with the Logistics & Finance departments for all matters related to the job and performs administrative tasks in a timely manner and keeps the program file updated at all times.
- Translates documents for internal use and interprets upon request.

Qualifications
- University degree in a related field preferably in business administration, Economy or social science.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in EcoSec/or technical skills relevant to the EcoSec programme, e.g., economics, veterinary or agronomy.
- Good command spoken and written of English.
