1- Brand & Visual Identity:
- Apply and maintain the hotel’s visual identity across all materials.
- Support rebranding initiatives when required.
- Ensure consistency in: Colors, Typography, Layouts, Visual tone.
2- print & layout design (Critical):
- Design print-ready materials, including: Restaurant menus, Brochures, Flyers, Posters, Room directories and Event materials
- Prepare files according to printing standards (bleed, margins, CMYK, exports)
📌 Adobe InDesign is essential for this role.
3- Digital Design Support:
- Design assets for: social media, Website visuals and Digital campaigns
- Support content and digital teams with consistent visuals
- Adapt designs across different formats and platforms.
4- Campaign & Marketing Materials
- Support marketing campaigns with: Visual concepts, Campaign layouts and Promotional assets.
- Work closely with: Content & Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, PR & Events teams.
5- Menu Development & Updates:
- Design and update menus for: Al Manshiya, Al Liwan and Al Araab Restaurant.
- Support multilingual menu versions.
- Coordinate with content team for descriptions and translations.
- Prepare layouts suitable for both print and digital menu systems.
6 -Coordination & Execution
- Receive and interpret creative briefs clearly.
- Manage revisions efficiently.
- Deliver designs on time and according to priorities.
- Coordinate with printers or external vendors when needed.

- Experience in hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brands
- Experience designing menus, brochures, and brand collateral
- Understanding of branding and visual storytelling
- Ability to handle multiple brands under one umbrella.
