Responsibilities
Go-To-Market Execution
• Implement the approved go-to-market strategy in the field
• Establish channel structure (regional distributors, wholesalers, retail chains, and local markets)
2. Distribution & Channel Management
• Build and manage the distribution network across all regions of Syria
• Manage direct relationships with regional distributors and key accounts
3. Sales & Field Management
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Conduct regular field visits, customer meetings, and new customer acquisition
• Execute activities to increase shelf availability and visibility, and monitor product penetration
• Negotiate and implement secondary displays and cooler agreements at points of sale
4. Pricing & Commercial Execution
• Ensure correct implementation of pricing structures and commercial terms in the field
• Coordinate campaigns and promotional activities
5. Reporting & Analysis
• Conduct market, competition, and price analyses
• Provide regular and structured feedback to management

Authority & Responsibility Scope:
• Active decision-making authority in sales planning and field execution
• Execution of distributor agreements
• Organization and follow-up of field sales operations
Qualifications
• Degree in Economics, Sales Management, or any relevant field
• FMCG sales and distribution experience (beverage category experience preferred)
• English proficiency (second language is an asset)
• Proven experience in field sales and channel management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• University degree (minimum 4 years) in a relevant field
• Valid Class B driving license
• No travel restrictions
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Suitable for commission-based working structure
• Strong reporting and follow-up discipline
• Analytical mindset
• P&L management capability
