Responsibilities
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-prioritized, clear, and ready for development
Write high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements
Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and story refinement
Act as the primary point of contact for the development team
Collaborate with Product Managers, stakeholders, and designers to clarify requirements
Review delivered work, accept/reject stories, and ensure quality standards are met
Continuously improve delivery flow and team efficiency

Qualifications
3+ years experience as a Product Owner (or similar agile role)
Strong experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
Detail-oriented, structured, and delivery-driven mindset
Experience in SaaS / platforms / marketplaces / fintech
Scrum Product Owner certification (CSPO or equivalent)
Background working with distributed or fast-growing teams
Strong experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
