Responsibilities
Job Objective:
To provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, contributing to the enhancement of the employee experience while ensuring record accuracy and compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Posting vacancies across various platforms, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and preparing necessary documentation and contracts for new hires.
Personnel Administration: Maintaining and updating electronic and physical employee files, and tracking leaves, absences, and overtime in coordination with departments.
Payroll & Benefits Support: Assisting in the collection of monthly payroll data, updating variables (deductions/bonuses), and managing health and social insurance registrations.
Training & Development: Providing logistical support for training sessions and documenting training hours and competency records for employees.
Communication & Compliance: Responding to employee inquiries regarding internal policies and ensuring adherence to occupational safety requirements and internal regulations.
Policy Development: Contributing to the drafting and updating of internal work policies and monitoring employee feedback to suggest improvements for job satisfaction.
Qualifications
Professional Experience:
1–2 years of experience in the Human Resources field.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Competencies and Skills:
Technical Competencies:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to use Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for data entry and management.
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Personal Skills:
Strong organizational skills and high integrity.
Problem-solving capabilities.
Professionalism in handling employee inquiries and sensitive data.
