Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in engineering (civil, architect, Electric, and Mechanical).
• Minimum of 5 years of engineering work experience in private or government sector, including at least 2 years in local or international NGOs.
• Experience in the logistics field is a plus.
• Good command of the English language.
• Sound knowledge of construction design.
• Superb project management skills (PMP is a plus).
• Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
• Written and oral communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of other professionals, such as construction managers, quantity surveyors, subcontractors, architects, designers, and other engineers.
• Commercial awareness - an understanding of how actions can affect the profitability of a project.
• Good IT skills and knowledge of engineering designing and drawing software (AutoCAD 2D-3D, MS Project or similar, Revit, ETABS).

Specific Vacancy Requirements

ZOA is an international NGO, which offers RELIEF to people who are affected by conflict or natural disasters. ZOA wants to contribute to a new perspective of HOPE in which people work together for a promising future in dignity and mutual trust.
