Responsibilities
Job Purpose
To control and monitor all external access points of the property, ensuring strict implementation of inspection procedures, preventing unauthorized entry, and maintaining the highest level of safety and asset protection.
Key Responsibilities
•Monitor all designated external access points for employees, vendors, and visitors.
•Prevent unauthorized access and enforce property security policies at all times.
•Verify identification cards and entry permits before granting access.
•Conduct security screening procedures for individuals, bags, and vehicles in accordance with approved security policies.
•Enforce strict prohibition of unauthorized, dangerous, or restricted items.
•Apply manual inspection procedures in line with Security & Safety standards.
•Ensure that only properly authorized personnel and materials are permitted entry.
•Immediately report any suspicious behavior, security breach, or irregular activity to the Security & Safety Manager.
•Maintain professional conduct, discipline, and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
•Previous experience in security, access control, or similar field (hospitality experience preferred).
•Good physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods.
•Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
•High level of discipline and adherence to procedures.
•Ability to respond calmly and professionally under pressure.
