Responsibilities
Activity Implementation
•
Support the delivery of planned project activities in targeted communities in line with approved workplans and SOPs.
•
Provide day-to-day support, as delegated by the direct supervisor, to ensure timely and quality implementation.
Community Assessment & Issue Reporting
•
Support rapid community assessments and routine monitoring (including field visits, remote follow-up, and coordination meetings) to identify key needs, barriers, and emerging issues.
•
Compile beneficiary and stakeholder feedback from multiple channels, and share consolidated findings and trends with the team to inform follow-up actions and decisions.
Awareness & Outreach Support
•
Follow up on dissemination of awareness-related information and materials.
•
Identify outreach gaps and propose practical follow-up actions.
Documentation & Reporting
•
Maintain and archive accurate project documentation in line with internal filing requirements.
•
Support the preparation of project reports ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Safeguarding & Policy Compliance
•
Comply with the Code of Conduct, Child Safeguarding, and PSEAH commitments, and report any safeguarding concern through internal channels.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
•University degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
General Work Experience:
•Minimum 1 year experience in youth empowerment and livelihoods projects.

Languages:
•Good communication skills in English and Arabic
Computing:
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word (essential for reporting).
Abilities:
•Experience working with international organizations.
•Experience in community-level follow-up, stakeholder coordination, and documenting action points / meeting minutes
•Knowledge of Survivor and Community-Led Response (SCLR) approaches and community-based programming principles.
