Responsibilities
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Proposal Development & Technical Support
•Support community groups Community Groups (Initiative Groups & Community Committees) In developing initiative idea proposals when needed.
•Review submitted proposals and provided technical guidance to improve quality, feasibility, and alignment with project objectives.
Monitoring, Follow-up & Field Visits
•Follow up with community groups throughout initiative implementation and provide guidance as required.
•Conduct regular field visits to initiative implementation sites and document observations and progress.
Documentation & Reporting
•Receive, review, and verify narrative and financial reports submitted by community groups.
•Maintain accurate documentation and records in line with internal filing and reporting requirements.
Learning & Knowledge Sharing
•Facilitate learning sessions with community groups to identify lessons learned and good practices.
•Document feedback and lessons learned to support peer learning and inform planning for future initiatives.
Safeguarding & Policy Compliance
•Comply with the Code of Conduct, Child Safeguarding, and PSEAH commitments, and report any safeguarding concern through internal channels.

Qualifications
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
•University degree / diploma or currently a student.
General Work Experience:
•Previous experience facilitating dialogue sessions.
•Experience working with community groups and implementing initiatives and small grants

Skills:
Languages:
•Arabic: Good communication skills in Arabic
•Good communication skills in English.
Computing:
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word (essential for reporting).
•Strong analytical and reporting skills, with good time management and communication abilities.
•Experience working with community groups and implementing initiatives and small grants
Abilities:
•Experience working with international organizations.
•Experience in community-level follow-up, stakeholder coordination, and documenting action points / meeting minutes
•Knowledge of Survivor and Community-Led Response (SCLR) approaches and community-based programming principles.
