Responsibilities
The Receptionist reports to the respective section in the Organization. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handle check-in/out, occupancy tracking, and notifications for resident changes across both houses.
• Manage inquiries, calls, mail/packages; distribute keys and coordinate services (housekeeping, transport).
• Log visitors, issue temporary passes, and maintain digital/physical records.
• Assist with orientations for new arrivals/replacements.
Qualifications
• High school diploma; 1+ year experience.
• Good English/Arabic; computer skills (MS Office).
• Organized, patient communicator.
