Responsibilities
• Design software solutions based on business requirements.
• Understand business needs, write requirement documents and design mock-ups.
• Meet with users, collect requirements and write user stories.
• Communicate with business stakeholders and leaders.
• Write test cases, implement quality assurance and design sprints.
• Design processes and tools to allow data to be more accurate and more accessible.
• Draw BPMNs to illustrate business workflows.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
• Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns.
• Communicate across departments and help to address any uncertainty and concerns.
• Assess tests and implement new or upgraded software and assist with strategic decisions on new systems.

Qualifications
• Computer Science or Software Engineering or MIS or Software Engineering or any related degree.
• 0-3 years of experience with building software or operating in processes related to software development (Programming, testing, requirements, analysis, operations...).
• Strong quantitative skills.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
