Responsibilities
1. Welcome customers, answer and solve their inquiries in a professional manner.
2. Collect all types of payments from customers( Bills, Advanced, Deposits... etc)
3. Promote and sell new lines, products and value added services, and perform related data entry on the system.
4. Receive and register customer's complaints on the system.
5. Collect and check (Forms, applications …) related to Point Of Service's daily operation then submit all records to concerned parties.
6. Add / delete services according to customers' requests.
7. Ensure accurate entering daily operational statistics on the Q System.
8. Receive and register customer's suggestions on the related system.
9. Monitor his/her achievements through the related system.
10. Responsible for registering & following up all pending cases related to customers' services within the preset timeframe.
11. Unsuspended the bad debt line related to bad debt recovery cases.
12. Maintain customer records by updating account information.
13. Support Finance Department concerning POS Cash Controller duties when needed.
