Responsibilities
- Work in coordination and collaboration with other members of field team.
- Travel to project locations as determined by project staff.
- Assist in preparing relevant maps, reports or other documentation as determined by project staff.
- Attend all trainings/ meetings determined as necessary by project staff.
- Carry out specific tasks as detailed below:

1. Assessment and Verification:
- Collect required data (hard and soft copies via ODK Application).
- Verify accuracy of any pre-collected data.

2. Field Distributions:
- Implement distribution activities as directed by and under the guidance of project staff.
- Verify and ensure accuracy of the distributions.
- Help in Implementation Logistic activities as directed by and under the guidance of project staff.

3. Post-project monitoring:
- Collect required data (hard and soft copies).
- Verify accuracy of any pre-collected data.

4. Administration work:
- Help in Translating activities as directed by and under the guidance of project staff.
- Help in Data-entry activities as directed by and under the guidance of project staff.

5. Other:
- The Volunteer might be required at times to perform activities beyond ones mentioned above, at the request of the AM, to the benefit of the Medair base.

Qualifications
- University /Institute Degree.
- 2 years’ experience in Humanitarian Work.
- Excellent English (oral & written).
- Native Arabic speaker.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Programmes, in particular Word, Excel.


Salary and Benefits
Salary and conditions will be in accordance with Medair Salary Scale for Short Term Staff
