1. Check the vacancies announcements' information and layout and post them on external site.
2. Initiate and find proper channels and methods to enrich candidates’ database based on supply vs. demand database analysis.
3. Prepare resourcing plan including university visits, job fairs, workshops and resourcing via social media etc…
4. Analyze resourcing channels to concentrate on the most effective recruitment sources.
5. Obtain universities graduates’ list on a yearly basis and ensure that all graduates have been contacted.
6. Utilize online recruitment services to attract and source applicants through social media and external site.
7. Build on-going relations with governmental and private universities and conduct visits for attracting potential candidates.
8. Develop strong partnerships with training centers and organize visits for hiring purposes.
9. Arrange and facilitate workshops and job fairs.
10. Continually review and enhance recruitment systems and tools related to job applying and announcements.
11. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
12. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
13. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
