Responsibilities
1. Assist in site survey when needed by escorting Sites Acceptance Civil Engineer to ensure the appropriateness of the location and verify the construction requirements and conditions of the radio site.
2. Conduct site visits when needed to follow up the proper implementation of civil works in new radio sites, existing radio sites renovation and maintenance according to the periodical visit plan prepared by Sites Acceptance Civil Engineer.
3. Provide technical feedback about civil works implementation as per radio sites visits to Sites Acceptance Civil Engineer.
4. Identify the construction problems, design malfunctions and findings during site visit and report the observations to Sites Acceptance Civil Engineer.
5. Follow up the closing of site visit findings with the contractor and ensure solving the issues in a timely manner.
6. Maintain updated documentations for civil works in radio sites in coordination with contractors.
7. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
8. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

Qualifications
1. Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering is required.
2. Experience: 1 to 2 years Civil Engineering experience is a plus.
