1. Check received alarms status and their clearance using available terminals.
2. Check tickets status and to contact accordingly the assigned person using Service
Desk System.
3. Communicate Alarms Tickets/Emails effectively and efficiently using whatever
communication device or system is available.
4. Follow up with assigned person to ensure the alarms closing within timeframe.
5. Provides accurate information enabling operational engineers/technicians to recover
outages/problems with minimal disruption to expected service levels.
6. Coordinate with Supervision section in Syriatel regarding the site access.
7. Report any access without notification from operational person.
8. Check with maintainer site alarm upon visiting the site for preventive maintenance to
ensure that all site alarms are connected and functioning properly.
9. Support the operational person with any site status related inquiry using the available
terminal.
10. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in
achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate
objectives.
11. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of
knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
12. Contribute to the continuous improvement of company’s Quality Management System.
