The incumbent of this position will be responsible for the work of the Call center and team building capabilities and direct supervision of their work, as well as providing the necessary assistance in connection with marketing research and implementation over the phone. In addition to any other task assigned by the direct manager.
• University degree in Economics or any related field. Higher education is an advantage.
• At least (2) two years’ experience in the same or any relevant field.
• Good communication skills (writing and spoken).
• Good negotiation skills. Analyzing and solving problems.
• The ability to notice details. Initiative. Judgment. Ability to work as a team.
• Very good knowledge in spoken and written English; Good level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
• Flexibility, Integrity, Enthusiasm towards work, Ability to work in confidentiality. Ability to work under pressure.
• Completed or exempted from military service (for males candidates).
• Must be a citizen or living in Damascus.
• Must have the Syrian nationality.

The First MicroFinance Institution (FMFI-Syria) is a legal and independent entity established by the Agha Khan Agency for Microfinance (AKAM). Its mandate is to alleviate poverty, diminish the vulnerability of poor populations, and reduce economic and social exclusion by establishing sustainable institutions that extend a broad range of innovative financial services to underserved population. FMFI-S services cover seven governorates through eight branches and six service units in Damascus, Sweida, Aleppo, Lattakia, Tartous, Salamieh, Masyaf, and Homs.
