- To maintain confidentiality and observe data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the overall function of HR.
- Assistance in typing, archiving and other Administrative duties related to Human Resources and Operations.
- Organize and monitor the leave of employees through the procedures.
- Follow-up the attendance of employees with the records.
- Prepare and send the timesheets to the employees, then collect them at the end of the month.
- Scheduling and conducting interviews, filling paperwork, and following up the written tests.
- Completing paper works for new hires.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Ensure that all the documents related to the staff members are scanned and saved in the HR Files.
- Update the employee data base on weekly bases.
- Help the HR Officer in collecting the training certificates and update the tracker accordingly.
- Organize and maintain the office filing system based on the ADRA Syria Filing System Guide.
- Submit monthly tracker on Recruitment, Leaves, Training…etc.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field
• At least one year experience a human resources position. Preferred to be in INGOs
• Organized and efficient in daily tasks
• Very good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Goal-oriented, organized team player
• Great “people-person” skills and professional attitude
• Highly computer skills with capability in email, Microsoft Office and related business and communication tools.
• Extremely flexible, and have the ability to cope with stressful situation
• At least one year experience a human resources position. Preferred to be in INGOs
• Organized and efficient in daily tasks
