Responsibilities
- Plan and sell air tickets, accommodations, ground transportation, insurance and other travel services.
- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, rates and accommodations
- Provide relevant information (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travelers.
- Book air tickets, hotel reservations, transportation and collect payment/fees
- Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials for cross-selling
- Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
- Enter data into our software and maintain client files
Network with suppliers

Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a travel agent
- Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems(Amadeus), and e-traveling
- Good knowledge of domestic and international travel trends and aviation industry
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
- Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
