Ensure the regular attendance and punctuality of employees through attendance systems.
Update employees' working shifts and rest days via the system.
Control daily attendance and report any violation to the concerned party.
Validate lateness and absence to inform line managers and employee relations in order to take necessary action regarding unjustified absence, lateness and less worked hour.
Validate submitted leave requests and report any rejected request according to the policy.
Validate sick leave requests and review all related medical reports.
Follow up employees' requests and reply to their inquiries/ complaints on a timely manner (HR helpdesk, emails).
Calculate the actual leave balance related to resigned employees to be considered through the separation process for final settlement cycle.
Administer the resignation process by following up all requests to receive the related resignation forms on time.
Follow up the resigned employees’ checklists to be completed within the deadlines.
Assist in organizing, planning and executing special social events for the employees upon the approved social activities yearly agenda.
Follow up all operational transactions related to employees needs in all above aspects.
Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by immediate line of authority
Study the suggested offers to the organisation’s employees such as restaurants, sport clubs...etc, besides announcing these offers to employees.
Compile employee separation data and assist in preparing related turnover report.
Answer all employees request through HR helpdesk within a certain time frame.
Seek special offers for MTN employees.

Minimum Education:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with Human Resources or Management Specialization
