1. Complete all personal details related to applicants who passed HCM interview and upload their documents on the system.
2. Check new recruits’ documents, scan and archive them on the related system.
3. Prepare new recruits' personnel files and maintain hard-copied documents archived in related personnel files.
4. Maintain proper matching between Human Resources Information System (HRIS) database and required documents for current employees and follow up any missing or discrepancy.
5. Ensure up to date education records for full time employees, temporary employees, students’ program and monthly payment martyrs' families’ beneficiaries data along with supported documents.
6. Maintain background information up to date on system and follow up any missing or discrepancy.
7. Coordinate and follow up with concerned Departments to update employees’ location in case of any change, and report the updates to Payroll Section.
8. Maintain the integrity of personnel files, documents, and database.
9. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
10. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
11. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
