Responsibilities
• Support in uploading vacancies on local networks.
• Provide recruitment support, screening CVs and finalise the shortlist.
• Coordinate with the hiring managers the recruitment processes (schedule technical assessments/ interviews).
• Responsible for the essential part of reference checks in coordination with Oxfam HR Accredited Referee and OGB References team.
• Act as a liaison with candidates, and generally provide an overall best-in-class candidate experience.
• Ensure notifying the unqualified and waiting applicants with the technical assessment/ interview results.
• Ensure that all necessary and related documents for every competition and recruitment is properly gathered and put in relevant file (requisition, job profile, short list, CVs, written tests, interviews, regret letters, recruitment summary).
• Ensure that all HR documentation kept in personal files (paper and electronic) is maintained and archived in a consistent manner in line with minimum standards and data protection regulations. Follow up and inform relevant stakeholders on missing information and/or incomplete staff files.
• Support in preparing Circulation E-mails and coordinate with Safety Department to provide new comers (Proof of Life / Access card) and Administration department (ID, Oxfam Contact list)
• Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure data accuracy.
• Support in any other administrative work needed within the Human Resources department.
• Ensure implementation of Oxfam’s Gender, Diversity and Equal Opportunities Policies; contribute to the development and sustenance of an organizational environment, which is gender sensitive and ethnic sensitive.
• Perform other duties, as required

Qualifications
• Relevant administration, business or secretarial qualifications or equal experience
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team player as well as the ability to work independently
• Ability to plan workloads and demonstrate accountability for outputs
• Ability to coordinate with wide range of stakeholders
• Detail oriented and good record keeper
• Experience of dealing with people at different levels of organisation
• Ability to work effectively in a team and service oriented
• Has initiative, patience, tact and able to work with minimum supervision
• Process orientated and results focused
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
• Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility in all aspects of working
• Good written and spoken English and Arabic is essential
