1. Planning the recruitment needs .
2. Preparing job descriptions in coordination with the HR Manager in order to reach an efficient recruitment process and attract the right candidates for each vacancy.
3. Maintaining an up-to-date database of CVs.
4. Screening CVs .
5. Contacting and interviewing potential candidates .
6. Preparing job offers and contracts for the new hired, in coordination with the HR Manager .
7. Integrating new staff members into the company, by coordinating with the necessary departments to insure that all needed equipment is available before their start date.

1. Bachelor’s Degree is a minimum requirement, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is a plus .
2. Two years of experience in recruitment, or as a generalist in Human Resources.
