Responsibilities
1 The ability to screen applicants, do reference checks, background check, drug tests and facilitate new hire checks.
2 The ability to interview and refer qualified applicants to Department Heads and Division Heads.
3 The ability to actively participate in the new hire orientation program
4 The ability to maintain details in all aspects of work including, but not limited to, data input and maintenance of records in various areas.
5 The ability to create and update the manning sheet to reflect the actual manning vs the budget
6 The ability to create and update the turnover report on monthly and yearly basis
7 The ability to possess a high level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of the office.
8 The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.

Qualifications
-At least three years of experience in the same field
-To have a degree in business administration/Human resources Management is a plus.
